AOP FAUGERES DOMAINE GABARON 2019

 Grenache, Mourvédre and Syrah grapes grown organically on the signature schist soils of this region. Low yields have helped produce a concentrated and compelling wine with high notes of spice, violets and liquorice on the nose, followed by rounded, elegant berried fruit and prune flavours, supported by polished tannins. Richly scented, an intense wine with dark layered fruit.
