DOMAINE DU SALVARD, CHEVERNY BLANC 2022

Domaine du Salvard has been producing wine for 5 generations. We are located in the Loire area where wines are mainly produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. The average age of the vineyards is around 25 years, they have a total of 22.5 hectares of land. The wines of this winery are characterized above all by their excellent freshness and minerality.

The Cheverny Blanc of the Salvard winery is a white wine produced with the use of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and the remainder of Chardonnay. It matures on the fine lees in steel tanks and is bottled without filtration. A very pleasant wine, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Well balanced, it has a long persistence.
