CAVICCHIOLI ROSE SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY NV

A wine from the Cavicchioli winery of great refinement. The result of vinification in a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, Lambrusco Sorbara in equal parts. The origin of the grapes falls within the DOC area of Emilia-Romagna.

The wine appears with a white and evanescent foam; fine and persistent perlage; the light pink, bright color; The ample and fresh and aromatic aroma. The taste is engaging and sweet, slightly spicy, aromatic with a long-lasting note of red fruit.

Ideal as an aperitif, with risottos, tortellini, fish dishes, to be tried with fresh fruit, excellent with desserts. The optimal serving temperature is 4°C.
