QUANTUM WINERY, ENIGMA WEISS

Enigma Weiss 2021, is a blend of Roter Veltliner x Welschriesling with 7 days skin contact making for a light and summery orange wine with hella flavour.
A fun and rustic orange wine, in the nose is smoky and it has a nice hazelnut scent. Also smoky on the palate with delicious notes of grapefruit and melon plus a lovely salty aftertaste and a clementine finish.
