QUANTUM WINERY, MAKE PORTUGIESER GRAPE AGAIN

Quantum Winery Herr Baumann Make Portuguiser grape again is a crazy wine! The fun part is understanding what exactly is in there, your nose and taste buds will go wild. We had a funny savoury pancake/chips scent in the nose. Something reminded us of ‘sour cream and onion Pringles‘, we know it sounds crazy! On the palate is somehow elegant, with medium acidity and a nice cherry aroma. You better try it for yourself!
