HENSTONE OLD DOG CORN LIQUOR 700 ml

Introducing Henstone's pride and joy: Old Dog Corn Liquor. Launched in January 2020, it's their take on the classic bourbon style. Crafted from a blend of 68% corn, 16% wheat, and 16% barley mash, this unique spirit undergoes fermentation before being carefully distilled in Hilda, their 1000-liter pot/column hybrid still. It's then left to mature in new American oak casks for approximately twelve months, allowing its flavors to develop and deepen.

Despite its growing popularity, Old Dog Corn Liquor remains a limited edition offering. The name "Old Dog" pays homage to a local coal mine shaft in the Morda valley, while "Corn Liquor" aptly describes the contents of the bottle.

Available in 70cl bottles and bottled at 41.5% ABV, it's a true testament to Henstone's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
