VIN POP, POPCORN SYRAH 2021

Vin POP is a project based just north of Bordeaux with a clear mission to produce high-performing wines that break the traditional norms at a fair price from the most renowned wine region in the world.

The 2021 Syrahis a light and super drinkable take on what can be a pretty heavy grape to work with. An abundance of Blackcurrant and bramble fruits on the palate with a slightly spicy kind of cinnamon vibe on the nose. Juicy, refreshing and a wine for all seasons.

Vin POP doesn't use herbicides and only bottle single varietals. It's good for the soil and creates amazing flavours in their wines. Do they take care of the environment, yes. Do they focus on single varietals, yes. But what truly sets them apart is that they are a modern winery, not bound by narrow-minded ideas.
